Truffles

1 pkg. (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips

3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 

 

1/2 tsp orange extract

1/2 tsp raspberry flavoring

1/2 tsp almond extract

 

Line baking sheets with wax paper.  In microwave melt chocolate.  Stir in sweetened condensed milk.  Stir in desired flavoring.  

 

For the orange - chill for 45 minutes

For the raspberry - chill for 45 minutes

For the almond - make into balls immediately

 

Use a lemon baller.  These can be rolled in almonds, or other nuts, cocoa, or dipped in white or dark chocolate.
