Banana Almond Blast​

1 scoop (1/4 cup) whey protein powder

1 medium banana, sliced and frozen

3/4 cup vanilla flavored almond milk or skim milk

1 Tbs. almond butter

Dash of cinnamon

 

In blender, combine all ingredients.  Blend 30 seconds or until smooth.  Pour mixture into tall glass.  Makes one serving.
