Chicken & Rice Wraps

6-8 flour tortillas

2 cups shredded, cooked chicken

1 pkg taco seasoning mix

1/2 cup water

2 cups cooked rice

1 8oz can tomato sauce

1/4 cup sliced green onion

 

In a large skillet heat chicken, seasoning mix and water.  Bring to a boil.  Simmer uncovered 8-10 minutes.  Add cooked rice, tomato sauce, tomato, and green onion, heat 5-6 minutes.  Heat tortillas according to package directions.  Place approximately 1/2 cup filling on each tortilla.  Fold in sides and roll up to close.  Serve immediately or cover to keep warm.
