1 12oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup peanut butter

1 stick margarine

1 box Rice or Corn Chex

1 box powdered sugar

 

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and margarine.  Put Chex in a large tub and pour chocolate mixture over, toss to coat.  Scrape mixture into the large brown bag, dump in powdered sugar and shake well. Let cool.
