Sausage Balls

1 lb. sausage

2-3 cups Bisquick

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

 

Mix sausage and cheese in mixer.  Add 2 cups Bisquick, mix.  Add enough of the remaining cup to make a dough that is not too wet or too dry to form a ball.  

 

Bake 350 for 15-18 minutes.  I always take them out about 1/2 way through the cooking process and turn them over.
