Crispy Baked Ravioli

1/4 cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup milk

1 9oz package refrigerated cheese-filled small ravioli

3/4 cup tomato pasta sauce from a jar, warmed

 

Preheat oven to 375.  In a bowl, combine bread crumbs and cheese.  In a clean bowl combine sour cream and milk.  Coat ravioli one at a time in sour cream mixture then in bread crumb mixture.  Transfer ravioli to non stick baking sheet.  Bake until lightly browned, 14 minutes.  Serve with sauce.
