Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Gluten Free

Preheat oven to 350°.

 

In bowl mix:

2lbs ground beef

14oz sweetened condensed milk

3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1/3 cup grated onion

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

 

Shape into 32 meatballs. Place in 9x13 baking dish. 

 

For sauce mix:

15oz tomato sauce 

1 cup ketchup

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

2Tbs Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbs apple cider vinegar

Pour over meatballs. Bake 40-45 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Serve with rice or noodles.
